The CSU is an unlocked facility that is an alternative to hospitalization when you are in crisis. If you live in Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, or Hanover, contact your Community Services Board crisis line and ask to be considered for this program. This is a new unit of the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA)
